Jim Anderson. When light fell to the earth and knocked him to the ground, he became Kid Raptor, superhero!

Arch Marshall, aka the Blue Jay, tried to recruit Kid Raptor as his sidekick, which didn’t sit too well with Jim. But an encounter with a super speedster in a red costume might change the dynamic of the two heroes . . .
